If your school scored poorly on the BOQ in this area, or if you are looking for ways to improve the classroom management skills of your teaching staff, this workshop should help to get you started. The workshop will cover administrative issues, designing sound professional development models, and share teaching modules that cover the basic classroom management components listed on the Benchmarks of Quality.
Prerequisites: This workshop is designed for principals, internal and external coaches, teacher coaches, and masterful teachers that may be playing a role in providing staff development to teachers in the area of classroom management. Classroom teachers looking for strategies in classroom management are advised to attend the breakout sessions during the conference on August 14 and August 15, 2012.

New Team Member on Existing Team Training of Trainers
U600 - New Team Member on Existing Team Training of Trainers is a 3 1/2 hour session that will prepare you to train new team members to go onto an existing team. You will be trained to help team members make links between PBIS framework, data, systems and practices and the artifiacts that are unique to the building.
Prerequisites: Serving on PBIS Team that is implementing at universal level, coaching experience desired.
